LINDA J. ROUGEUX, PRESIDENT
Ms. Rougeux has been performing Consumer Mortgage Compliance Audits since 2003. She
has backgrounds in both real estate and mortgage lending.  After attending St. Mary’s
School of Law in San Antonio, Texas from 2002-2003, Ms. Rougeux started researching the
legitimacy and viability of examining consumer loan documents for statutory violations of
consumer protection laws.  Her unique combination of experiences and extensive research
has brought this most important service to American homeowners in this predatory
mortgage and foreclosure climate.

This industry has been saturated with "entrepreneurs" that have seen a way to succeed at the
expense of others.  Too many people have been scammed out of their hard earned money to
see no results.  Ms. Rougeux's desire is to inundate the industry with educated honest people
to help troubled homeowners and hold lenders accountable.  For this reason she has started
teaching seminars on how to perform an accurate and effective mortgage compliance audit.

Consumer Advocates for Justice’s on staff compliance auditors have approximately 10 years
in combined lending experience and 8 years in the real estate industry.  ADVOCATES is
constantly searching for dedicated professionals to bring the most discerning eyes to
consumer loan document investigations.
